Terms and conditions

Orders, payment, and delivery of purchased services are processed electronically (online). Delivery of orders will only be carried out after electronic payment and customer identity verification. Customers must register with their real name, last name, and a valid mobile number in Iran. If a non-authentic mobile number or name is used, Buy Members may refuse to process the order. There is no possibility for order cancellation or refunds.

Buy Members takes no responsibility for any loss or deletion of services provided for Instagram and Telegram. Customers who place orders are committed to taking responsibility for any loss of services (e.g., followers, views, likes, comments, stories, live videos, IGTV views, and likes) and cannot claim any damages for such losses.

The time to track orders is up to 7 days after the order is placed. Buy Members will not be responsible for orders placed after 7 days.

For daily orders above 50,000 IRR, identity verification of the customer’s bank card is required. For daily orders above 100,000 IRR, bank card verification and national ID card verification are required.

Service delivery is based on the ordered services within the specified time mentioned when placing the order. Users should not place a similar order until the previous one is completed.

If an order cannot be completed due to issues with Instagram services, cancellation due to Instagram service disruptions is only possible within 5 times the period mentioned in the order description.

Buy Members follows the e-commerce laws and the general laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as international laws.

Buy Members does not provide services for cases that endanger individual or public safety or for cases that violate the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Orders for illegal pages will not be processed, and no refunds will be issued.

Buy Members reserves the right to delete shared services without prior notice and block the user’s account as soon as violations of the rules are detected.

Value-added tax is currently not collected on the provided services.

If the payment for service renewal is not made on time, the services will be suspended. Re-activation of services after the due date may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

Site support services are available only through Telegram or WhatsApp. Buy Members does not offer support on any other platform.

Buy Members reserves the right to check your information at any time and ensure its legality. If a user violates the site’s rules, the user will be fully responsible for the violation, and Buy Members will not assume any liability.

Buy Members takes no responsibility for any misuse of the provided services by users. Any violation of the rules will be the responsibility of the user.

The user agrees that during the ordering process, the recipient’s page will not be set to private, the page ID will remain fixed, and the recipient’s posts will not be deleted or made unavailable. If the ID changes or the page becomes private during the order, Buy Members will not accept any responsibility, and no refunds will be issued.

Any mistakes made by the user while placing an order are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable. Buy Members is not responsible for errors made by the user. If cancellation is allowed for an order, the amount will be transferred to the user’s account balance. If the user requests the amount to be transferred to a bank card, it can only be transferred to the card used for the initial payment, with a 10% cancellation fee and 1% transaction fee applicable.

All official communications from the company are made via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, and the user is responsible for checking the provided email for notifications from the company. If the user fails to check their email, the company will not be held liable.

Buy Members can change the content of the terms and conditions without prior notice, so it is recommended that you review this section regularly.
